Prepare
For Surgery, Heal Faster ™
Learn Mind-Body Techniques to:
- Feel calmer before surgery
- Have less pain after surgery
- Reduce side effects of radiation therapy
and/or chemotherapy
If you or someone you know is planning to have surgery in the near
future, rich work can be done beforehand. By using Prepare for Surgery's
five step program, including simple and highly effective relaxation and
guided visualization techniques, you can bring calm, strength and faith
into your procedure. You will learn helpful exercises as well as discover
how to draw upon your own inner resources.
Private Workshops
The fee for a 90-minute workshop, which includes a copy of Peggy
Huddleston's book "Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster" and
Relaxation CD is $150 per person.
Workshops are given in person, by phone or web cam. A family member or
friend may accompany you
for no additional cost.
